Here is your chance to create works that express your thoughts about voting and the issues that matter to you!

SHOW DATES:
Sept. 19th-Oct 18 , 2024


ARTIST RECEPTION
: Thursday, September 26, 2024, 5-7 pm

Artists are invited to submit up to three entries. At least one piece from each artist
will be included in the final exhibition.

Devon Mozdierz, Assistant Professor of Art and
Gallery Director at New England College will curate
the exhibition with a focus on inclusion and fit with the exhibition theme.


Artists will be notified of which work to deliver by midnight September 4, 2024

ELIGIBILITY: You must be a self-identified female to participate. This exhibit is
only open to a current dues paying member of WCA/NH or an enrolled student
attending a New Hampshire college or university.

ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS: Work must 2-D and the image size must be 12 inches
by 12 inches. The paper size is limited to 14x14 inches and nothing deeper than one-
eighth of an inch. Work will be matted by the gallery and every work will have an image
size of 12x12.


FEES
:  Each WCA/NH member will be required to pay a single flat fee of $20.00 for up
to three works submitted. Students will be required to pay a single flat fee of $10.00 for
up to three works.


INSURANCE
: Your work will be insured by New England College while on the premises
of the gallery. You will be responsible for insurance during delivery or shipping.


SALES
: New England College will not be involved in sales of your work. A gallery sheet
will be available at the show and if an interested party inquires, they will contact the
artist directly.


DELIVERY AND PICKUP:
Delivery to Thom Adams Gallery at French Hall – 148
Concord Street, Manchester, NH- 03104. Important dates are listed below. Any unclaimed work will
become the property of New England College and will be disposed of at their discretion.
You may not take your work from the exhibit until the claim dates below.

SHIPPED WORK: Address shipped work to: Devon Mozdierz, Assistant Professor of
Art and Gallery Director, New England College, 98 Bridge Street, Henniker, New
Hampshire 03242. Work must arrive by September 12, 2024 to be included. Any
shipped work must include a prepaid return shipping label. If you intend to retrieve your
work at the end of the show, please put a note to that effect in the envelope with the
work.

REVIEW OF IMPORTANT DATES:


Entry Process Opens: July 15, 2024

Submission Process: Submissions will close when 40 works have been chosen by
   the curator or September 1, 2024

• Notifications of which works to deliver: On or before Wednesday, September 4,

   from 4-6 pm

Exhibition Dates: September 19 – October 18, 2024

Artists' Reception: Thursday, September 26, 2024, 5-7 pm

Pick Up Dates: Tuesday, October 22, and Tuesday, October 29, 2024 from 4-6 pm.
